Welcome to our new online booking system. We’ve introduced this to our Stockwood Park Golf members to give you 24/7 online access to make your golf bookings and check existing bookings so that you can organise your golf at a time to suit you!
Here’s some more information on how to use this online booking system, or chat to the guys in the pro-shop (during office hours normally 7am – 5pm) if you’re still struggling!
Navigating to the bookings area
To navigate to the bookings area click on the ‘Bookings’ button (right hand side of screen).
Making a booking
Just click on the ‘Bookings’ button (right hand side of screen) and then select your tee time on your chosen day. This day/time cannot be changed unless your login details are used to enter the site. After you have selected your tee time, the booking will appear in your “My Bookings” section. To cancel or amend a booking just hit the red x and start again.

Default Playing Group
Have a preferred group of players you would like to hit with each week? Make the most of our Default Playing Group feature. Click ‘My Information’ and select your playing partners for the day.
Personal Details
Your details are displayed on the ‘My Information’ page and can be updated at any time by you, just by clicking on ‘update’ at the right corner under My Details. This way you can be kept up-to-date with relevant information and special offers. We prefer to keep in contact by email so please ensure your details are correct on our system.
We really hope the new booking system is a more convenient way for you to book. However, if you have any problems please email or call the pro-shop team during office hours (mostly 7am – 5pm).
